Instructor
Dr. Daniel Acosta is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Acosta practices at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and Good Sheppherd Penn Partners. He joined the Division in 2024 and currently serves as an Instructor in the Perelman School of Medicine. His interests include point-of-care ultrasound. Additionally, he speaks Spanish.
Dr. Acosta earned his medical degree at the Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida.
