Instructor
Dr. Tushar Khanna is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Khanna practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He joined the Division in 2023 and currently serves as an Instructor at the Perelman School of Medicine. His interests include clinical research and patient safety. Additionally, he speaks Hindi and Punjabi.
Dr. Khanna earned his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital (Internal Medicine); Georgetown University Hospital (Intern year in Pathology).
