Assistant Professor
Dr. Shaw-Ming Lin is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Lin practices at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He joined the Section in 2022 and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Perelman School of Medicine. His interests include medical education and quality improvements.
Dr. Lin earned his medical degree from University of South Alabama College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System.
