Assistant Professor
Dr. Natasha Hakkal is a hospitalist, or physician that specializes in managing the care of patients within the hospital. Dr. Hakkal practices at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania and Good Shepherd Penn Partners. She joined the Section in 2019 and currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine. Her interests include medical education, patient safety, and healthcare quality and policy.
Dr. Hakkal earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
